Nov 31^st 2007 - Suited Media Financing Closed

Suited Media is pleased to announce the closing of its first round of financing by a private group of prominent angel investors from the Wateloo tech community. The deal has raised $800,000 in private capital which allows Suited Media to expand its operations and accelerate the deployment of Pokerspace. Suited Media is thrilled to announce that Carol Leaman, Randy Fowlie, Jean Taillon, Abbas Ali and Latif Nanji have been elected to the Suited Media board of directors. Suited Media anticipates explosive growth in the coming year and thanks everyone who has contributed to its success to date. 

January 1^st 2007 Sysotex Acquisition

Suited Media has finalized the purchase of all intellectual property of the Sysotex Limited partnership. The Sysotex acquisition is a strategic move to initiate the filing of several patents related to web content delivery and scalable advertising management. Sysotex IP consisted of several unique software applications that facilitate web property management, advertising integration and Pay per Click intelligence. With the purchase of Sysotex, Suited Media has acquired an immediate ability to commercialize several breakthrough concepts and technologies in the areas of web content management and web advertising optimization and delivery.

December 20^th 2006 - Suited Media moves into its new home

After a thorough application period Suited Media Inc. has officially moved into its office space at the Accelerator Centre (www.acceleratorcentre.com ) in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The Accelerator Centre encourages the growth of high-tech firms and acts as a catalyst for the creation of new products and services for entrepreneurial companies local to the Kitchener/Waterloo region.

November 22^nd, 2006 – Suited Media Inc is incorporated

Suited Media was incepted on Nov 22, 2006 by Steven Black, Chris Fanaberia and Anton Polski. Only after a month of preliminary strategic planning and fundraising the partners have announced the foundation of Suited Media Inc and their intention to become a world leader in online advertising solutions and web property management technologies.
